Change Email recipient in SSRS subscriptions

Need to change the email address of SSRS report recipient

• On-Prem, Self Hosted Client

• SaaS, Tyler Hosted Client

Need to update the email address in SSRS subscriptions

Subscriptions are responsible for E-mail delivery of custom SSRS reports and are always tied to a particular report in SSRS report manager URL.

1. Navigate to the report in the SSRS report manager URL.

2. Hover mouse over the report and click on 3 dots on the right side.

3. Click Manage.

4. In the Subscriptions Tab, check off the subscription and click on Edit.

5. Update the email address and click on Apply.
