And will report as follows:

• Y – When the employee has an active record in Employee Deductions for a deduction defined as “State Health’.

• O – When the employee has an active record in Employee Deductions for a deduction defined as ‘Other’.

• N – When the employee has no active record in Employee Deductions for any of the deductions defined on this tab.
