Munis programs showing question mark for TCM attachment count

Description of Issue

A question mark displays next to the attachment icon in the command ribbon when the user opens TCM from Munis.



Context

  • Munis paperclip icon

  • Tyler Content Manager

  • TCM



Cause

The question mark indicates the user has opened TCM from Munis from an unspecified action.  Once TCM is opened from Munis the count is no longer valid as Munis has not provided context for the attachments to confirm the count. 



Resolution

To refresh the count from a question mark to a numerical value:

  • If the count at the bottom of the Munis program screen shows more than one record was found the user can click forward one record, then back to the original record to refresh the count.

  • If there is only one record found in the search the user can repeat the search to refresh the count.
