Description of Issue

When attempting to access TCM through Munis, an error appears stating TCM - Alert: Failed to get machine settings: Error: null. 



Context

  • Tyler Content Manager

  • TCM



Cause

The Munis App Server and TCM Server local times are not in sync.



Resolution

Please sync the Munis App Server and TCM Server local times to be no more than 5 seconds off from one another.
