View audits for Employee Job/Salary records that have been deleted

Cannot determine when the rate was entered for an employee, the pay type is no longer in the Employee Job Salary screen

• Employee Job/Salary

• Payroll Audit Inquiry

1. Access Payroll Audit Inquiry (Payroll > Payroll Administration > Payroll Audit Inquiry)

2. Click Search

3. Enter Table premppay

4. TAB down to Record Detail section

5. Enter prep_proj 0, the employee number in prep_emp, and pay type code in prep_pay

6. Click Accept
