Microsoft File Extensions Not Displaying within the TCM HTML Viewer

When attempting to view a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document in the TCM HTML Viewer through Munis, the image does not display and instead presents a download link to view the attachment outside of TCM.

• TCM HTML Viewer 

Microsoft file extensions are not currently compatible with the TCM HTML Viewer. 

To view these documents, users can select the download link that displays in the TCM HTML Viewer. This will download the document and allow the option to open/view the document outside of the TCM HTML Viewer.
