Resolution

  • Effective Date determines when the rate of the Employee Job/Salary record is valid to be paid.

  • Position Start/End dates determine when an employee is occupying a position for Position Control. These dates do not have any impact on the payroll process.

  • Pay Start/End dates determine when the Employee Job/Salary record may be generated into a payroll.
