Received an error when entering Motor Vehicle abatements in Abatement Entry.

Motor Vehicle master record not found.

The program is looking for a cycle zero motor vehicle matching the year, category, and bill specified. The bill is in a cycle other than zero.

Instead of hitting enter after typing in the bill number, hit tab, which will trigger an update to the cycle field, matching it to the cycle of the bill entered. This issue will be corrected by MUN-421647.
