Calendar Not Populating in TX Teacher Service Record during an Add

Description of Issue

Attempting to create service records for an employee but the calendar field is not populating as expected from the job/salary record. 



Context

  • Payroll

  • Texas

  • TX Teacher Service Records



Cause

The Calendar code is dynamically displayed from the base pay record in Employee Job/Salary that is Effective on the date you’re viewing the record on.  It can't display programmatically until the Service Record is created.



Resolution

Complete the Add and then the Calendar code will display as expected.
