Cause
The unposted transactions are preventing the year from closing,
Resolution
AR Receipts can be posted from General Revenues >Â Payment Processing > Payments Journal
Additional Information
There can be unposted transactions for years that are not being closed but all transactions for the year being closed must be posted.
