Description of Issue

  • Service Request set with a future start date do not show up in My Requests or My Department Requests in the Create Request program

  • There is no option to view future Service Request

Resolution

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

  • 2021.1.0.0 - MUN-433663

  • 2021.3.0.0 - MUN-433665

  • 2021.4.0.0 - MUN-433666

  • 2021.5.0.0 - MUN-433667

  • 2022.2.0.0 - MUN-433668

Workaround: A future request can be created in the Service Request program
