Requests created from Create Requests have a status of Submitted instead of Approved

With no workflow enabled for service requests, requests created from Create Requests have a status of Submitted instead of Approved

Issue resolved itself.

Workaround options:

• Requests created from the Service Requests program default to the correct status

• For existing requests with an incorrect status, in Service Requests, use the Status Change option to manually move the status to Approved
