Pending Applicants do not appear in Hiring Central

Description of Issue

  • Tile of Hiring Central shows there are New or Pending Applicants

  • When opening the Job Opening tile, Pending Applicants do not appear to show in Hiring Central

  • Pending Applicants DO appear in the Pending Applicants Munis program, just not in Hiring Central

Context

  • Munis

  • Human Capital Management (HCM)

Cause

  • The settings to choose what to display here tends to only appear the first time you open the program

  • If no settings are selected the default is to not display any data, causing applicants to not display here

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the program Hiring Central

    • Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Hiring Central

  2. Choose the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of Hiring Central page

  3. Click Select All or select individual data fields you wish to display

  4. Screen should reload and display the selected applicant information

    • We suggest to reopen program or refresh page ensure data loads correctly
