Invalid Position error in Next Year Budget Entry when adding/updating salary detail with position number

• Error occurs when manually entering salary detail on account without any salary details posted by a Salary and Benefits projection

• If account has salary detail posted from a Salary and Benefits projection, it can be saved on first entry but subsequent updates throw the 'Invalid position' error

For the time being, Central Budget Entry (Financials > Budget Processing > Central Budget Entry) can be used to manually add or update salary details with position numbers
