• User is processing an account change using a batch

• Accounts with capital assets exist in batch

• Process does not complete due to exceptions

Munis error:

Errors occurred while processing the changes.

Problem accounts have remained in the batch

So that you may correct the issues and rerun the process.

Choose Exceptions from the menu to display messages.

Exception error messages:

Update failed on faglacts.fagl_org -6372 [ISAM -414]

Update failed on fanewact.fanw_org -6372 [ISAM -414]

Update failed on fagltran.fatr_org -6372 [ISAM -414]

To complete account change without error:

1) Install work ticket MUN-357062 once it becomes available

2) As the only user in Munis click Input/Post and process the account manually
