How to bulk delete users in ESS

How do we remove users in mass in ESS?

• Munis

• Employee Self Service (ESS)

• User Administration

Would like to remove all users from ESS to start fresh.

1. Navigate to your ESS login and login with an account that has administrator permissions

2. Click Home > Administration > User Administration > Bulk Delete Users

3. Ensure the drop down menu as selected Employee

4. Click Delete Users to execute

5. To refine the bulk delete you can define multiple different criteria as ranges

   1. Termination Date

   2. Hire Date

   3. Job Class

   4. Organization Code

   5. You can also delete based on Location using the drop down menu

6. Click Continue to proceed or Cancel to stop
