Description of Issue

  • Is there an import into Personnel Action Entry? 

  • Can Personnel Actions be added en masse?

Cause

  • Personnel Actions need to be added en masse



Resolution

  • There is no import directly into Personnel Action Entry 

  • The program New Hire Import allows you to add many New Hire Personnel Actions through an import

    • All other types Personnel Actions cannot be added through an import process



Additional Information

  • When a user runs the Employee Import, they are given the option to create an Action History record associated with the import action. However, it does not create an Action Entry record, which means there is no approval or output-post process.
