Supervisor is not displaying in the Employee Master

Supervisor field shows 0 under the Address Tab of the Employee Master

• Munis

• Human Capital management (HCM)

• Employee Master

• Employee Job Salary

• Supervisor By Position

Primary Job/Position was unchecked on the Current Employee Job Salary Base Pay for the Employee and/or Supervisor

1. Navigate to the program Employee Job/Salary

2. Menu > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Job/Salary

3. Click Search and locate the Employee and the primary Job Salary record

4. Review the option

   Primary Job/Position
   

5. Click Update and check as necessary

6. Select Accept to save any change

7. Updates to Employee Master should be reflected on the record the next time the program is accessed
