Budget Transfers and Amendments

Pending Action exists that does not tie to an existing journal entry.

To resolve, the orphaned pending action must be deleted. To delete the pending action go to:

System Administration > Workflow Administration > Pending Actions (Administration Mode)

1. Search

2. Enter the Process (BGA or BGT)

3. Enter the Approver

4. Accept

5. Find the record that is tied to the journal from the error message (Journal information will display in the Key or Info fields

6. Delete (X) in the ribbon
