User needs to escalate a support case.
Navigate to www.tylertech.com.
Select Login in the upper-right corner of the webpage.
Enter your account username and password.
Select Client Support in the upper-right corner of the webpage.
Select your Tyler product.
On the support page, select Get Online Support.
Select My Cases in the upper-right corner of the webpage.
Select the ID of the specific case.
Select Escalate to escalate a support case.
