How to display DBA on AP check

AP Check ReadyForms Template does not automatically or default to using Vendor DBA for AP Checks. This toggle will need to be enabled for Vendor DBA information to appear on AP Checks.

1. 1. Open Munis and navigate to Tyler Menu > ReadyForms > ReadyForms Administration

   1. If using ReadyForms with Munis version 11.3, the ReadyForms Administration page can be accessed via a separate URL located in your site report

2. Expand the sidebar menu on the left side of the screen

3. Expand the Accounts Payable category and select Accounts Payable Check

4. Select the AP Check template you want to modify

5. Click the Data Display Options tab

6. Locate and toggle-on the Include Vendor DBA option

   1. When this radial toggle is enabled it will display yellow

7. Click Save

8. Repeat steps 4-7 as necessary for any other AP Check templates that need to be modified
