How to Add a User to Tyler Deploy

Resolution

Note: The following steps are to be performed by a site administrator who is assigned User Administrator permissions in Tyler Deploy. If no administrators have access, please contact TSM support.

  1. Ensure the new user has a Tylertech.com / Tyler Community account. These are the credentials used to log into Tyler Deploy. 

    1. If they do not have an account, please see Register for Support Access on Tylertech.com.

  2. Sign into Tyler Deploy.

  3. Select the applicable client tenant.

  4. Under the Utilities menu on the left side, select User Management.

  5. Click the Add User plus icon.

    1. Enter the email address of the user you want to add, then click Find User.

    2. Verify the user information and click Add.

  6. In the Permissions section, select one or more desired permissions. 

    1. Click Save.

  7. The user can now log in to Tyler Deploy and set up two-factor authentication.

As a prerequisite, before adding new users with deploy/configuration level access, you are required to log in with a Tyler Deploy user account already linked to your organization with administrative permission access.
