When a pick ticket is issued and there are inventory items with quantities in the back-ordered field, a backorder is created for each line item
If the Create Single Ticket option in Inventory settings is checked, Munis issues one ticket for all the backordered items
If not, a backorder ticket is created for each backordered line item on a requisition
