The Generate process will create an RP20 record for every employee meeting the following criteria:
The Employee Master Loc/Org are within the defined Loc and Org ranges.
Does not have an Employee Groups record with an Employee Group defined as excluded (Emp Group to Exclude fields on Generate define).
Has a TRS deduction in Employee Deductions that was active within the reporting month.
Has a base pay record in Employee Job/Salary with Effective and Position Start/End Dates making it active within the reporting period.
If the criteria is met, the system will create one RP20 for each base pay in Employee Job/Salary with a unique TX TRS position that was active within the reporting month, and will sum by employee and TRS Position (State Position from Job Class Master, for the Job Class code on the base pay record).Â
