Description of Issue

When an employee changes from 12P to 12 do I just remove the Employee Group record?

Cause




Resolution

Yes. 

If an emp is moving FROM 12, delete the Employee Groups record. 

If an emp is moving TO 12, add an Employee Groups record. 



Additional Information

The Munis Employee Groups program is used to report Employee Class requirements for the NYSLRS Enhanced Format Retirement Report.

The Munis NYSLRS Report will report a default Employee Class value of 12 for all employees that do not have an exception setup in Employee Groups.
