Insurance Carrier Code not appearing in Premium Table

Description of Issue

I created a new Insurance Carrier code and I do not see it listed in the Insurance Premium program

Context

Cause

The program Insurance Premium does not immediately update with additions or changes to the underlying codes

Resolution

To resolve, we recommend to exit the Insurance Premium program and relaunch the program
