Unable to commit a database transaction when accessing Employee Net Pay Simulator

Description of Issue

  • Every time we try to use the net pay simulator we receive an error "Unable to commit a database transaction. status -535 [ISAM -1]"

Cause

  • The call to usp_PR_GeneratePeriodPay_SingleEmp is locked and timed out triggering the database error

  • Please contact Munis Human Resources Support and reference this article

  • The SQL lock will need to be cleared
