Report locks up due to nulls in options

Description of Issue

  • We are trying to run the Flexible Period Report and it locks up and doesn't complete.

  • Nulls or black spaces in report options.

  • The year comes in with a default of 13.

Cause

Defaulting NULLS (or black colored spaces in report options) and/or information in fields that isn't appropriate. Example: defaulting 13 in a Year field.
