Antivirus Exclusion List for Enterprise ERP Servers

What folders and directories do I need to exclude from my antivirus on my Enterprise ERP Servers?

Antivirus interference has been identified, so certain folders may need to be excluded from antivirus protection plans (including Windows Defender) for EERP products to work properly.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Before fully applying AV Exclusions, the AV software may have some additional options for review:
  • Audit log
  • Quarantine log
  • History of activity on the server
  • Note: Different AV vendors and software have different naming conventions and options available. There may also be an option to enable an audit mode to see what AV is or is not flagging.
• The installation drive and/or folder names may vary.
• Typically, product installations will be located on the data drive.
  • D: will be used as an example data drive letter
• Not all folders may apply, depending on your product installation.
• Additional exclusions may be needed depending on your AV software requirements.
• Client specific exclusions can be found on your site installation report.
