Unable to select the Include fund balance report option on YTD Budget Report

Description of Issue

When defining report options on the YTD Budget Report, the Include fund balance option is grayed out and cannot be selected.

Cause

This option can only be used when other report selection criteria is met. 



Resolution

This report option can only be accessed if the following two criteria are met on your report:

  1. Both Expense and Revenue accounts are included in your account find set for your report

  2. Your Sequence 1 setting in your report options is set as 1 - Fund
