Invoice inquiry on PCard invoices does not allow you to see the PCard Transaction when selecting PCard Transaction function from the ribbon

Description of Issue

Drilling into PCard transactions on PCard invoices within Invoice Inquiry takes to back to invoice data instead of the PCard transaction once selecting the transaction to look up.
