Description of Issue

  • Pending Applicant records not created for specific Job Opening

  • One job is not creating applicant records

  • There are no records in Pending Applicants for Job Opening



Context

  • Munis

  • Recruiting

  • Pending Applicants



Cause

  • Create Pending Records was not checked for this specific Job Opening



Resolution

  1. Access specific Job Opening in Munis

  2. Click Update, then navigate to Advertising tab

  3. Check the box called Create Pending Records

  4. Click Accept



Additional Information

  • Checking this box will not create Pending Applicants records for people that have applied in the past, but it will become effective immediately.Â
