Description of Issue

What items do users receive access to when they log into their Tyler Support account?

Cause

Users not logging into their account will not have full access to the Client Support page.



Resolution

Clients who login to their Tyler Support account on Client Support will have access to the following items:

  1. Tyler Community

  2. Online Support Incidents

  3. Tyler Search

  4. Optional for implementing clients: Chart of Accounts Builder

    • The chart of accounts defines all the accounts within your organization’s accounting system and typically is only utilized during Implementation

Clients who do not login to Tyler Support will have access to the following items:

  1. Live Support

  2. Online Education

  3. Tyler Business Forms
