How to add pay codes into the category folder of the pay master?
Context
- Munis

Cause
Resolution
For Munis v2018.1 and higher:
- Access the Pay Master (Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Pay Master)
- Search for the Pay that needs additional pay types to be added into the category folder
- Click Update
- Click the Assign Pay types icon next to the Category field
- Click Update
- Click Add
- Enter the pay type
- Click Accept
- Click Back
- Click Accept
For Munis v11.3:
- Access the Pay Master (Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Pay Master)
- Search for the Pay that needs additional pay types to be added into the category folder
- Click Update
- Click the yellow folder icon next to the Category field
- Click Add
- Enter the pay type
- Click Accept
- Click Return
- Click Accept
