Will a checked Active Flag on Employee Deductions cause the deduction to pull into payroll after the End Date

Will Employee Deductions with the Active flag checked still pull into payroll after the End Date?

User end-dated deductions and needs to know if Active flag also needs to be unchecked.

Employee Deductions will not pull into a payroll if the End Date is not included in the payroll date range, regardless of whether the Active flag is checked or not.
