Resolution

To find the error message for a specific Trip ID:

  1. Select Admin in the top right
  2. Select Activity Log
  3. Enter Start Date and End Date range
  4. Select Filter
  5. Find the Trip ID, User Name, and Trip Date
  6. Result column contains the error message
