Description of Issue

Update Account Status for GL Account

Context
  • Account Status (Active, Inactive, Closed, Next Year)
  • Account Master
Cause

Site needs to update Account Status

Resolution
  1. Browse to Munis > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set Up Chart of Accounts > Account Master
  2. Search
  3. Enter GL Account selection criteria for closed account (populate search fields)
  4. Accept
  5. Update
  6. Change status to (Active, Inactive, Closed, Next Year) as needed.
  7. Accept
