Error selection browse data, status - 100 when selecting Browse in expense or funding source inquiry

When selecting Browse in Expense string inquiry or Funding Source inquiry users receives the following error

Error selection browse data, status:  100 

System log id: XXXXXX

Expense String Inquiry

Funding Source String Inquiry

When users have limited or no project segment data access and select Browse before defining a record set the error will occur

Work ticket MUN-418698 is open with development to address the error

As a work around users should first define a find set and then select browse
