Description of Issue

Getting errors under Employee Pays Records, Missing Invalid Code

Context

Cause

The Employee Job/Salary record is missing or has an invalid value for the Calc Code

Resolution

There are 3 ways to clear this DIA condition

  1. Run the Auto-Correction in the DIA, which will set the calc code to 01.
  2. If the Employee Job Salary (or Projection Employee Job Salary) record is no longer needed, it may be deleted.
  3. If the record is needed, and do not want to use calc code 01, the Employee Job Salary (or Projection Employee Job Salary) may be deleted and re-added with the correct calc code.
Additional Information

The Data Set column on the DIA screen displays the proj number for the record. 

  • Proj 0 is live Employee Job Salary. 
  • Any proj between 101-200 or 1001-2000 are Projection Employee Job Salary records in a Salary Projection.
