Description of Issue
  • No locations are available to choose from when entering in a Pick Ticket 
  • Warehouse restrictions exist, enter another location 
Context

  • System Administration 
Cause

User does not have data access permission for the location 

Resolution
  1. Go to System Administration > Security > Roles > Item 
  2. Verify that the data access permission Item maintenance by location is set to Full or Limited 
    1. If set to Limited the Location must be listed in the Item Maintenance by Location screen in order to enter a Pick Ticket for that Location
