Description of Issue
  • When the applicant goes to the page My Profile they do not see any information
Context
  • Munis
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Employee Self Service (ESS)
  • Recruiting
Cause
  • Applicant Master record for applicant is in status R - Registered Only applicants must be in status A - Active to have access to the My Profile page
Resolution
  • Have the applicant apply for a Job Opening and the My Profile page will be return information
