Description of Issue
- When the applicant goes to the page My Profile they do not see any information
Context
- Munis
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Employee Self Service (ESS)
- Recruiting
Cause
- Applicant Master record for applicant is in status R - Registered Only applicants must be in status A - Active to have access to the My Profile page
Resolution
- Have the applicant apply for a Job Opening and the My Profile page will be return information
