Turn off Next Year Planning prompt in payroll

I am getting the following message when I update records in payroll.  How do I turn this off?

Next Year Planning is available.

Would you like to modify Next year Planning Records?

• Payroll
• Salary and Benefit Projections

Site has one or more salary projections flagged as Next Year planning

Need to uncheck Next Year Planning box in Salary and Benefit Projections

1. Access Projection Start and Status (Payroll > Salary and Benefit Projections > Projection Start and Status)
2. Click Search
3. Check the box next to Next Year Planning
4. Click Accept
5. Click Change
6. Click Update
7. Uncheck box next to Next Year Planning
8. Select Yes to prompt Are you sure you want to remove the 'Next Year Planning' designation from this projection?
9. Click Accept
10. Continue unchecking this box for any other Salary and Benefit Projection where this checked
