Description of Issue
  • Facility and Street asset categories are not defaulting as Locations
  • Unable to add location to work order after upgrading to EAM

Cause

Upgrading from version 11.3 to an EAM version is incorrectly setting asset category locations to No for Facility and Streets

Resolution

Contact Munis Financial Assets and Civic Support to correct the issue with scripts
