How do I add an announcement to CSS

Login to Citizen Self Service using credentials with admin access
Navigate to Administration > Citizen Administration > Application
Add the desired message to the Home Page Message
Click Update to save changes
- CSS may take up to 20 minutes to reflect the changes

Additional Information

The Home Page Message supports HTML formatting. The field will allow up to 2000 characters
