Add Citizen Self Service Announcement

How do I add an announcement to CSS

• Citizen Self Service (CSS)

1. Login to Citizen Self Service using credentials with admin access
2. Navigate to Administration > Citizen Administration > Application
3. Add the desired message to the Home Page Message
4. Click Update to save changes
   • CSS may take up to 20 minutes to reflect the changes

The Home Page Message supports HTML formatting. The field will allow up to 2000 characters
