Some Informational expenses are not being included in expense claim total

Cause

Expense code on template did not have checkbox enabled for Include informational expense amount in total

Resolution
  1. In Expense Claim Templates program, pull up claim template and click Expenses
  2. Scroll through expense codes to find the Informational expense to see if the checkbox for Include informational expense amount in total is selected
  3. The checkbox cannot currently be updated.  Refer to Allow update of Include informational expense amount in total setting on templates when no unapproved claims exist for more information
