Setting to disable workflow generation and processing by the system

• User has business rules set up and needs to turn off all workflow
• User needs to prevent Munis from generating workflow approval records at system level

• System Administration
• Workflow Administration
• Workflow Settings

Workflow needs to be disabled

To turn off all workflow:

Warning! Workflow business rules will not trigger workflow for approval, when following steps below, until turned back on:

System Administration > Workflow Administration > Workflow Settings

1. Click Update

2. Select Disable workflow generation and processing by the system? check box

3. Yes when Disable workflow generation and processing appears
4. Accept
