Description of Issue

When migrating users in ESS, the following error is given: wbprsecr employee number conflict

Context

Employee Self Service (ESS)
User Administration

Cause

A user is already setup in ESS with the employee number that is being migrated
A user exists on wbprsecr with the employee number that is being migrated

Resolution

Access ESS > Administration > User Administration, then search for the Employee ID listed
If the account exists and is correctly configured, disregard warning message
If the account does not exist, please reach out to Munis Human Resources Support for further assistance
