Description of Issue
- When migrating users in ESS, the following error is given: wbprsecr employee number conflict
Context
- Employee Self Service (ESS)
- User Administration
Cause
- A user is already setup in ESS with the employee number that is being migrated
- A user exists on wbprsecr with the employee number that is being migrated
Resolution
- Access ESS > Administration > User Administration, then search for the Employee ID listed
- If the account exists and is correctly configured, disregard warning message
- If the account does not exist, please reach out to Munis Human Resources Support for further assistance
