Re-assign groups of employees assigned to the same supervisor

How can I globally update the supervisor assigned to a group of employees?

• Munis
• Employee Master 
• Payroll

1. Access Employee Master (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Master)
2. Search for group of employees assigned to the supervisor
3. Click Accept
4. Click Supervisor 
5. Enter the Current Supervisor
6. Enter the New Supervisor
7. Click Accept
8. Select Yes to prompt Update all employees with supervisor to the new supervisor?

• Another option would be to run an Employee Import.  Instructions for v11.3 Employee Import v11.3 and lower, or Employee Import v2017.1+
• This does not apply to sites using Supervisor by Position
