Benefits Only status employee



Description of Issue

I have an employee who will not be receiving pay while on military leave, however we would like to continue taking employer paid deductions for this employee.

Cause

Resolution
  1. Access Employee Master: Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Master
  2. Search for the desired employee
  3. Click Update, select B - BENEFITS ONLY in the Status field and click Accept
Additional Information

The benefits only status is designed to pull employees into payroll without any pay, but will include their employer paid deductions.
