List of Payroll Advices from a specific year

I need a list of advices from the 2019 calendar year. 

• Munis
• Payroll Processing
• Advice Register and Export
• Manual Check Reconciliation

Auditor needs records of all advices from the 2019 year.

1. Go to Manual Check Reconciliation. (Payroll>End of Period>Check Reconciliation>Manual Check Reconciliation)
2. Search for Check date 01/01/2019:12/31/2019 and Create Method of D-Direct Deposit. Click Accept.
3. Choose output option in the toolbar. 

OR

1. Go to Payroll Start and Status. (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status.)
2. Search for check date 01/01/2019:12/31/2019. Click Accept. 
3. Click Change in the menu on the first warrant. Click Advice Register and Export. 
4. Click Yes to Active Warrant Prompt. Choose Register in the toolbar. Select Output option. Click Ok. 
   1. This option will include the Employee's Name as the Manual Check Reconciliation report will only show Employee Number.
5. Steps 3 and 4 would need to be done for each individual warrant.
